Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Every year, camps across the country share their success stories and best practices with the field.  It is critical to that we also recognize that even the highest performing camps strategically mis-step at time, with real consequences.  This session looks to add to the field narrative and highlight the way in which we share challenges, support each other and share learnings from failure.   The head professionals from 3 high performing camps will share specific examples, mis-steps and missed opportunities, as well as the learnings, strategic pivots and the resulting renewed successes.
