As a mentor with JCamp 180, Jill has 10 years of experience working with numerous camps who are actively involved in alumni engagement. As a former CEO of a Girl Scout Council, she understands the value of alumni engagement, and continues to be meaningfully involved with this organization where she was a camper, counselor and camp director. Her background and experience give her a real-life perspective on how to implement and bring into action goals of camp organizations which include increased alumni engagement for long term organizational sustainability.
