Phil Liebson is the camp director for Camp JCC located in Rockville, MD. Phil has been a camp professional for over 15 years and has a wide variety or strengths within the field including staff development, team building, and training and mentoring as it relates to the field of inclusive camps. In addition, Phil is an ACA standards instructor and loves sharing his experiences and how to navigate ACA standards.
