Danielle Segal was born in London, United Kingdom and moved to New York in 2010. After graduating with a BA in Theatre Studies from Warwick University (UK), Danielle has worked in the non-profit Jewish profession for over a decade, both as a Jewish educator, camp director and as a manager for an international Jewish charity. She has developed several curricula, including teen leadership courses, and has led workshops on teacher training, team management and improvisation techniques. Danielle was awarded the Jack Petchey Award for Outstanding Service to Young People in 2009 and is a trained Maven with StorahTelling.
