Diana Bloom has the privilege of supporting non-profit organizations as a consultant in the area of accountability. Participants around the world have gained knowledge and tools during her seminars, conference workshops, webinars, and executive coaching sessions. She has helped her clients implement changes that improved accountability and reduced stress in their personal and professional lives. Diana's humorous, engaging, and straightforward style. Her workshops and executive coaching sharpen delegation, improve project management, strengthen communication, and eliminate mistakes while fostering a collaborative culture. Diana considers herself very lucky to have spent a total of 13 summers working at URJ Camp Coleman and watching her kids grow up there. Her last 9 summers were spent in the role of Head Counselor. She had the great fortune of supervising 7 unit heads each summer, who oversaw 80+ bunk staff and over 400 campers per session. Diana holds a B.A. in Judaic Studies from Binghamton University and an M.A. from NYU in Medieval Sephardic History. She lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband, Aaron, and is the proud mother of URJ Camp Coleman staff member Eliana and URJ Six Points Sci-Tech staff member Gil.
