Ralph Schwartz has been working in the field of inclusive camping for children and young adults with special needs for 25 years.  He encourages the greatest amount of inclusion for each camper so that they can participate to the fullest extent possible. Ralph has facilitated social skills groups based on a model he learned from Herb and Barbara Greenberg at Camp Ramah in New England. In 2002, he initiated and developed the Breira Program at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, which was the first inclusion program in the Ramah camping movement. For the past 10 years, Ralph he has been the Director of Special Needs Programs at Camp Ramah in Wisconsin. Ralph has a Masters in Social Work from Hunter College and degree in special education from Brooklyn College.
