Sara Berlin Schreurs completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where she graduated with a BA in Psychology, a minor in Social Work, and teacher certification in Special Education (birth through 6th grade), Early Childhood Education, and Elementary Education. In addition, she holds a Masters Degree in Education from Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in teaching Severe and Profound Handicaps.

Sara has been teaching for Baltimore County Public Schools in Maryland, with a concentration in the field of Autism. She currently is serving as a mentor teacher for new special educators and low-performing tenured teachers. In addition, Sara is the Inclusion Coordinator and Senior Camp Division Head for Camp Louise, a Jewish residential camp for girls aged 2nd – 12th grade. Prior to coming to Camp Louise, Sara worked on the Inclusion team at Camp Milldale, a Jewish day camp in Baltimore. Sara’s goal is to give every camper the best summer possible!
