Thaler Pekar & Partners
Hoboken, US
Thaler Pekar has been recognized by both the BBC and the Smithsonian Institution as an expert on organizational storytelling. As the CEO of Thaler Pekar & Partners, Thaler has advised hundreds of organizations, and thousands of smart leaders across the private, public, and social sectors in finding, developing, and amplifying stories that break through an increasingly complex marketplace, rally critical support, and accomplish both internal and external goals.

Her team has worked in 19 countries on five continents. Their award-winning work ranges from coaching a main stage TED Talker; to gathering hundreds of oral histories for The Atlantic Philanthropies; to developing a Narrative Academy for international educators of L’Oreál. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees has institutionalized the use of their Telly Award-winning video on LGBTI refugees in South Africa.

Thaler attended a Y Day Camp in NJ for many years, followed by a Summer at Nah-Jee-Wah, and later spent time at Camp Kutz with NJFTY. Her brother went to Eisner. And her father was a swim instructor at Boberick in the 1930s.

She is a long-time resident of Hoboken, NJ, and a more recent resident of Unadilla, NY. Thaler always crosses the street to walk on the sunny side, and she has a cat named Truthiness. You can read more about Thaler and her work at http://thalerpekar.com/.
